Terms of Sales and Delivery

General: These terms and conditions are valid when you as a consumer, hereafter referred to as Customer/The Customer, places and order via www.friendy.se, hereafter referred to as The Website and to it’s connected pages. An agreement is made between The Customer and Friendy & Co. AB (organization number 556955-3497). Detailed contact information and other information about Friendy & Co. AB is available on the website. Conditions are only valid for a Customer who is a consumer and who places an order via the Website.

In order to place an order on the Website The Customer must be 18 years of age. Friendy & Co. AB has the right to deny purchase or to change The Customer’s order, (for example if The Customer has provided faulty information regarding their person and/or has a record of non-payment.)

Friendy & Co. AB makes reservations for products being out of stock as well as for faulty pictures and texts on the Website, as well as for price adjustments (such as prices that have been changed by the supplier or exchange rate changes). Friendy & Co. AB reserves the right to correct the errors should there be any and to update the information whenever. If a price for a product that a customer has ordered is faulty Friendy & Co. AB will as soon as it comes to light make the customer aware and wait for The Customer’s approval before proceeding with the order.

Delivery time: 2-3 days within Scandinavia, 2-6 days to other countries. (Delivery times may be longer during the holiday season and counting weekends.)

Deliveries: All deliveries are made by a forwarding agent selected by Friendy & Co. AB and charged according to current pricelist. It is the buyers responsibility to provide correct address- and contact information upon placing the order and to, after the order has been processed, follow up the delivery with the forwarding agent, and make sure that the delivery is picked up/received at the pick up location in case the goods could not be delivered to the buyer. If the buyer does not pick up the package Friendy & Co. AB has the right to charge The Customer for the return shipping cost.

Return and Complaints: Always contact us before returning a package. Undamaged goods with undamaged packaging can be returned by The Customer at no cost (besides from the return shipping fee which the Customer is responsible for) within 14 days. The right to return goods does not include sound- or picture based products (such as a CD or digital services). Money for products that has already been paid will be paid back within 10 days from the date when we receive the undamaged goods. For complaints regarding shipping damages we ask you to photograph the damage and to contact us to talk about compensation or return of the goods.

Friendy & Co. AB is not liable for delays caused by outer circumstances that Friendy & Co. AB can not control, such as labor conflicts, war, fire, acts of terror, pandemic, changed government regulations, technical problems or other communication, and errors in services from suppliers due to above mentioned circumstances. These circumstances constitute acts of God and frees Friendy & Co. AB from liability and other sanctions. Should such a situation arise Friendy & Co. AB will inform The Customer. If the circumstance has prevailed for more than two months both parties have the right to immediately cancel the order.

Campaigns and offers: Friendy & Co. AB can during periods of their choice offer campaigns on the website that may have more favorable conditions than these terms stipulate. The more favorable conditions are valid when the campaign is active. Friendy & Co. AB reserves the right to cancel campaigns whenever and then these terms will be valid without change. Offers on specific products on the website are valid during a limited time and as long as supplies last.

Terms of payment for companies and organizations (which states a valid identification number), invoice 30 days:

A fee for freight and postage will be charged in addition to the price of the product/products.

For customers in countries outside the European Community a fee for freight and customs will be added.

We ask customers from other countries kindly to contact us for further information.

Late payments are charged with a fee of 50 SEK and a penalty interest of 10 %.
